EPCOT officially starts to celebrate the holiday season towards the last few days of November. The main reason being that Disney waits until the EPCOT food and Wine Festivalto end before decorating. Its important to note that its going to be an interesting year for Disney Christmas decorations at EPCOT. As many of you know, the park has a ton of construction going on. We will have to keep an eye on this park as we get closer to the Christmas.

Where To Meet Santa At Disneyland Christmas
It’s likely that this year’s 2021 Disneyland holiday celebration will do a distanced meet and greet for Santa. The good news about this is there won’t be a long line to meet him!
And of course, you can’t have a complete Christmas at Disneyland without a meeting with Santa! You can find Santa and his elves in an elaborate photo op set up throughout the day in Critter Country in Disneyland Park and Redwood Creek Trail in California Adventure.
I recommend you check the Disneyland phone app for times. This character meet and greet is quite popular, for good reason, so make sure to line up early.
I preferred the area in Redwood Creek Trail for taking my son to see Santa because I found the photo area to be more elaborate. It was also fun enjoying the area while we waited too. My tip for taking kids to see Santa is to do this first thing in the morning right when Santa makes his first appearance. This way everyone is looking fresh and kids are happy so you will get the best pictures. Don’t save the meet and greet with Santa towards the end of the day when everyone’s exhausted!
You can see the photo area for the Redwood Creek Trail above from my son’s last meet and greet with Santa. The PhotoPass photographers will also take a photo with your camera too if you ask them!
I loved the charm of meeting Santa here over the one in Disneyland, I highly recommend it.
Jingle Bell Jingle Bam Holiday Dessert Party
In 2019, the Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! Holiday Party was offered from November 8, 2019 January 5, 2020. This show was not offered in 2020 or 2021.
The Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! Holiday Dessert Party takes place offered nightly, 1.5 hours prior to each performance, near Echo Lake. This separately ticketed event includes a private dessert party, a special VIP character meet and greet and reserved viewing for Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! and Disney Movie Magic. Each dessert party guest will get a pair of 3D HoloSpex glasses to use while watching Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! The glasses create spectacular holographic illusions of gingerbread men, candy canes, snowflakes and ornaments on any bright point of light.
The 2019 Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! Holiday Dessert Party costs:

The short answer is Disney World Christmas decorations are everywhere. There are specially themed Christmas trees, wreaths, flowers, and other decorations at Disney World resorts, theme parks, and Disney Springs. Disney World cast members put up an astonishing 1500 Christmas trees around the property.

Walt Disney World Christmas Time In Epcot Animal Kingdom And Hollywood Studios
While the Magic Kingdom has the most festive reputation during Walt Disney Worlds Christmas time, the other parks are not left out by any means. Each park on the property receives its own unique holiday touches.
EPCOT goes all out for the holidays. Each year, the countries of the World Showcase transform into their own Christmas celebrations. Traditional holiday food is served at kiosks inside each country, giving guests a chance to learn about and enjoy different cultures.
Each country also features live music numbers to celebrate the season and heritage. Traditionally, the Candlelight Processional celebrates the story of the first Christmas with a choir and full orchestra.
Hollywood Studios has taken a big blow recently when it comes to Walt Disney World Christmas decor. In the past, the buildings of New York Street were packed full of the Osborne Family Lights. Unfortunately, this phenomenal spectacular, complete with endless glittering illumination and even snow, had its final show in 2016.
Today, Hollywood Studios shows more vintage holiday décor reminiscent of the great screen age of the 1940s. Wreaths and traditional holiday ornamentation cover both sides of Hollywood and Sunset Boulevards. Toy Story Land sees a minor overhaul with holiday theming overlaid into the rides. In the past, large festive strings of holiday lights were strung overhead to adding to the toy-like feel.
Disneys Fort Wilderness Resort Lodge At Christmastime
After leaving the campgrounds, take the boat and cruise over to Disneys Wilderness Lodge Resort.
This is my absolute favorite Disney resort on the holiday resort hopping route!
The lobby gives a similar invite as the one in Animal Kingdom Lodge, but Fort Wilderness Resort Lodge just feels like Christmas is supposed to happen there.
Youll also be welcomed to oversize rocking chairs with multiple fireplaces to feel as if youre having a winter fest in the deep woods of Northwest America.
The holiday tree inside Fort Wilderness Lodge is thebest Disney resort Christmas tree.
The detailed Christmas Disney ornaments of the animals and the perfectly hung lighting, are all factors that make this my favorite resort to spend the most time in while on my Disney holiday resort tour.
