What Are People Saying About Floor & Decor
Here are some reviews from our users.
“We went in to look for flooring, both wooden and tile, for a kitchen and bath. We came across a sales rep, MELISSA who was INCREDIBLE!!! Not only did she approach us with ” is there anything I can help you with?” SHE ALSO answered our questions fully, knew the products and the product lines, she offered ideas, knew how to look up some things that weren’t on display. She was great. She is the reason why we will return to this specific location for our flooring and tile needs.”
“The tile I bought was not consistently the same color. My tile guy had to break up some tiles after they were laid to replace inconsistent colored tiles. The new tiles I tried replacing them with weren’t much better. Eventually you have to accept lower quality materials to keep project schedule on track. I won’t be shopping at Floor and Decor ever again. I had found better quality tiles at about the same or better price at Tile Outlet on Fullerton but they didn’t have design consultants on hand to help figure out what tiles and colors are trending and will be popular long term. The design consultant was the only reason I gave 3 stars, without the design consultant it would’ve been zero stars.”
