No Customer Service At All
I ordered material online to secure it so it would be there when I got to the store. The order said it would be available next day for pick up. It has been 3 days and I am still waiting for the order to be ready. The order confirmation clearly states not to attempt pick up until they email or text that it is ready. I have to drive an hour to pick up. I tried calling at least 20 times, nobody picks up the phone. I tried online chat and nobody replies. I tried emailing and I am still waiting for a reply to my customer service request.

The Sports Authority Used To Be Located In The 62000
PARAMUS, N.J. Floor & Decor has leased a 62,000-square-foot location on Route 17.
The business is located where the Sports Authority used to be located at the entrance to the Paramus Park Mall, the Goldstein Group announced Tuesday.
This was the largest retail space leased in Paramus and Bergen County this year, said Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group, the company that handled the transaction. I am pleased to bring this great national tenant to Paramus.

It is the third New Jersey location for the 16-year-old Georgia-based company. The companys first New Jersey location opened in Wayne last year in the former Costco location, which moved across the street. That store is 90,000 square feet. The third New Jersey location is in Morristown.
Sports Authority announced in May it was closing all of its 460 stores nationwide, a move that led to two large vacancies in Paramus. The other is in the Ikea shopping center at the intersection of routes 17 and 4.

Floor & Decor, the Atlanta-based chain of floor-covering superstores, is preparing to open its first store in Bergen County, in the former Sports Authority space off of Route 17 in Paramus, near the entrance to Paramus Park mall.
The leasing deal, announced Monday by retail real estate brokerage firm The Goldstein Group, will fill one of the large vacancies in North Jersey created by the bankruptcy and liquidation of the Sports Authority stores.
The deal for the 62,500-square-foot store represents “the largest retail space leased in Paramus and Bergen County this year,” said Goldstein President Chuck Lanyard, who handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord. Brian Katz, chief executive of Katz & Associates, represented Floor & Decor. Lanyard said the lease shows the resiliency of the Paramus market, that a large space such as this could be absorbed.
Terms of the lease were not disclosed.

Floor And Decor Sells Tile Cheaper
Floor and Decor sells tile cheaper because its defective. I had an install & had to have it ripped out because the tile was defective. We bought a different lot because it was a lot better but then found the ends were also defective. The tile was rated 4 out of 5. I guess you get what you pay for. The Nucor they highly recommended has a gap where the seems meet. I would not have used it if I knew. As the buyer using their contractors, you have the responsibility of the product. You have to return the defective product. I highly dont recommend their products.
