Having the original receipt will make you eligible for a refund of your original payment. If you dont have a receipt, Floor and Decor will refund you the lowest price of the item in the form of a merchandise credit. The same goes for returns after 90 days. Youll also have to provide a valid photo ID proof if you dont have a receipt. All returns are subject to their verification system. Non-receipt returns and returns after 90 days are the sole discretion of Floor and Decor and they reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges without a receipt.

At Home Craft Decor, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety, and construction are our priority.

Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. Please note that sizes are approximate.

While we attempt to only work with top quality delivery firms, shipping damages can occur. Due to the tight timelines we have in reporting these damages, it is essential that you report any shipping damage to us within 48 hours of receipt of your goods. If you are working with a designer or contractor, please have them inspect items upon their arrival, and not upon installation.

All items will be inspected upon return. A restocking fee will apply, starting at 40% of the purchase price, for any item returned. A Store credit/Gift Card will be provided for the remainder amount which can be used to purchase other items in the store or online.

Proof of purchase is required to issue an appropriate exchange or credit, as well as any taxes due to be applied in accordance with applicable state law.

Return Your Floor & Decor Item Via Mail

To mail the product you want to return, you need to contact customer care at 770-421-3705 or 877-675-0002. A customer care agent will provide you with the shipping instructions. Keep in mind that youll be charged for all return shipping costs.

You should choose between two different shipping methods:

You can use FedEx for items that are smaller than 13 inches and lighter than 75 pounds. For products that are over 13 inches and 75 pounds, you can mail them with LTL.

Floor & Decor Adjusts Store Operations To Better Serve Customers

Return Online From Canada And Us

For the online purchases, you will have to ship back the products to the same destination from where it was shipped or to a Floor and Décor store. Follow the given steps:

  • You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization to ship back the products. For this call the customer care at 877-675-0002 between 7 am to 11 pm from Monday-Thursday, 7 am to 9 pm on Fridays, 8 am to 9 pm on Sundays and 9 am to 6 pm on Sundays.
  • While talking with the customer care, keep your receipt with you and provide them with the order number. They will also help you with all the other shipping instructions.
  • Once you have got the Return Merchandise Authorization, pack the products so that they can be ready for shipment.
  • Any order returned without the return authorization are subject to a 10% fee for restocking.
  • For LTL shipped products, you have to put them or shrink-wrap them to the pallet. If the products are not secured properly, the truck will not pick it up.
  • The FedEx shipments should also be packed in a way that they do not break or get damaged during transportation.
  • You will have to bear the shipping cost for these returns.
  • Once the Floor and Décor receive your product, the return will be processed within 36 48 hours.

    Poor Return Policy And Horrible Customer Service

    Purchased tile for a bathroom shower then went back and purchased more for a master shower remodel. Due to delays with contractor the project was pushed back and when completed there was extra tile. Like others have mentioned they would not honor a return beyond 90 days. Contacted the third party and was told the return was denied at ALL Floor and Decors. Now I need to appeal through their process email/paperwork process. The crazy part is if after 90 days, they do have the options to provide in store credit. Same contractor is installing LPV and I will need to purchase 1000 sq ft of LPV. No problem with in store credit as it would be used on more of their product. Now I might as well consider another supplier. All because they are unwilling to return $100 worth of tile still in the box. Now lets talk about the poor, unfriendly, unprofessional customer service. No greeting, not a single instance of positive attitude, only a glum look and the expression that the customer is wasting their time.

    Until recently, processing online orders from FloorandDecor.com was an extremely manual process.

    When a shopper purchased an order online at the flooring materials retailer, a call center employee would see the order come in on his screen and swivel his chair to a new screen to figure out, based on the customers shipping address, which of Floor and Decors three distribution centers or 84 stores should fulfill the online order, Annie Barua, senior director of omni solutions and supply chain IT, told attendees at the Manhattan Momentum conference in Florida this week.     After the customer service employee figured out the best store, he would have to look up the store inventory or call the store to see if it could fulfill the order. Once the employee found the best store, he would enter the order into the retailers store ordering system, and the call center employee would then call the customer to let her know the shipping cost and when to expect the order, Barua said. Cost of shipping is variable for Floor and Decor orders, as the retailers stone, tile and wood products are often heavyas much as thousands of poundsand stores have different last-mile contracts.

    Because this process was extremely inefficient, the retailer decided to automate this process with supply chain commerce vendor Manhattan Associates Inc.s order management system.

    The objective was to retire swivel chairs, Barua said.
