I really loved the neutral tones in this hardwood as well as the texture This particular engineered hardwood was fairly wide at 8 3/4 and came in varying lengths which I think can give it a more realistic hardwood feel. As a DIYer, I also wanted a flooring that would be easy to install myself. I used a staple only installation and am very happy with the results!

Typically traditional hardwood flooring is used at grade level or above grade level.
